This is the deepest work I do. It is not for everyone, it is for those who are finally ready to go far beyond the surface reaching the soul and deep, cellular levels for a complete holistic transformation.
HOW IT WORKS
All Journeys are carried out remotely. We begin with a one to one session to set your intention, to explore what you are calling in and what you are ready to let go of.
You will then rest in a quiet space, perhaps meditating, listening to gentle music or simply relaxing, while I conduct the Journey for you without substances or plant medicines.
Once it is complete, we meet virtually again to explore what was revealed. I will share the entirety of the experience with insights, symbols and messages that came through. Here there is space for reflection, questions and integration.
There are times in life when everything feels like it is shifting beneath us. Experiences of loss, trauma, life transitions, or simply the quiet feeling of being disconnected from who we truly are. I'm Louise Lynn. Shaman of the Essene Way. Mother of 4. I've lived a path that was rough, real and nothing like the spiritual world makes it look. That's exactly why I can see yours so clearly.
I didn't choose this path. I ran from it for years.
I built a tough exterior, kept everything at arm's length. While my gifts were pushing through I was doing everything I could to outrun them.
What finally stopped me wasn't a ceremony or a teacher or a spiritual awakening. It was when there was no more running away. I sat and faced everything inside me.

Yes, absolutely. Although I live in Australia, many of my clients are based internationally. It is not necessary for you to be physically present, as the work I do transcends location. I have been working successfully with clients around the world for many years.

The healing and channelling work I do takes place beyond the limitations of time and space. While we experience life through the lens of the third-dimensional world, this is just one layer of a much broader and multi-dimensional reality.
We can think of the universe as a field of frequencies, like a radio. Our senses usually tune into only a narrow range, but through conscious practice, we can expand our awareness and access higher frequencies where spiritual and energetic healing takes place. This is where your highest self, guides, angels and other higher beings are present and assist.
Because I work within these higher realms, I do not need to be physically present with you. Through Zoom, I am able to connect with and work around your energy field just as clearly as if you were in the same room. One of my gifts in this work is the ability to physically feel what is happening in your body within my own, which allows me to support you with deep precision and care.

While plant medicine is a respected path for some Shamans, my personal and professional journey follows a different way. As a Shaman of the Essene Way, I have taken a vow of sobriety to ensure I remain in full conscious awareness both in my healing work and in my daily life.
I strongly believe that the ability to connect to the healing realms, higher consciousness, or the Divine Source Creator lies within each of us, naturally and inherently, without the necessity of consuming plant medicine or any mind altering substances. This belief is central to my path and reflects my deep trust in the innate spiritual power and wisdom we all carry within.
My practice is devoted to supporting others in discovering and deepening that inner connection in a clear, grounded, and fully conscious way.
